A prominent figure in the hospitality industry for foreign visitors, Sakura Hotel and “Sakura Cafe Ikebukuro” couldn't wait to share the 2010 FIFA World Cup fever with everyone. To commemorate the premier tournament once every 4 years, the 32 World Cup qualifiers' local beers, drinks and snacks will be brought to you by Sakura Cafe for a limited period of time. Many of them are having their debuts in Japan for the first time ever.

After the World Cup kick-off in June, our guests will be invited to special events serving worldwide beers and snacks while cheering for their teams on our 52” wide screen television. At the same time, Sakura Cafe Kanda Jimbocho and Hatagaya will also expand their drink menus to coincide the World Cup Finals.

Many kinds of beer from different countries will be in-stock from May starting from just 550 Yen. To cite a few examples, 2-time champion Argentine's favorite “Quilmes”, “Julen Pivo” from Serbia which Japan had recently played against, plus Kiwi country New Zealand's “Mata”. Moreover, sensational African beers including that of host country South Africa will also be on sale.
