Local food in Japan



This is Kazuya from Sakura Hotel Hatagaya.

I was born in Nagoya. There is a lot of strange food.

I gonna introduce some of them this time.


・Misonikomi-Udon (味噌煮込みうどん)



To briefly explain:Miso soup with Udon noodle.

Someone think that the Miso taste is deep, But you can feel Dashi taste.





To briefly explain:Deep fried chicken wings

That salty and spicy. It’s ideal for beer snacks.


Both of them so tasty for me.

But someone don’t like it. Because each of us were brought up in different environments.

Whether you think it’s delicious is up to you.
