Tsukiji Market is a large wholesale market for fish, fruits and vegetables in central Tokyo.
It is the most famous of over ten wholesale markets that handle the distribution of fish in Tokyo.
Tsukiji Market is best known as one of the world’s largest fish markets.


This fish market have many kinds of fresh fish and seafood and always busy atmosphere with many scooters, trucks, sellers and buyers
which making the Tsukiji market one of the major tourist attraction.


Not all the days but almost in many week days there’s a tuna auction in early morning in the market.
The number of the visitors to the tuna auction is limited to 120 per day which all the
visitors usually start lining up hours before 5am


The best thing you have to do when you visit the Tsukiji Market is to have a fresh sushi
breakfast or lunch at one of the local restaurants.
There are many restaurants inside & outside the market area, which normally open
from 5:00 in the morning until the early afternoon.
