One of my chief friend cooked me very rare Japanese food and it’s almost impossible to have out side of Japan so I’ll show you what.
It’s “pike conger”or “Sea eel “in japan called “Hamo”
In Kansai area, conger pike is considered as luxury foodstuff in summer.
This parboiled conger pike called yubiki hamo usually served with salty plum paste and cucumber,very very traditional style.
If you gave opportunity to visit Japan,please try “Yubiki hamo” 🙂
